Visiting Rules
Visiting Rules of Thermal park Bešeňová

Each visitor of Thermal Park has to become familiar with these instructions and follow them. All current instructions in the area of Thermal Park are superior to general rules.


I. ENTRY TO PREMISSES
1. Entry is only allowed during the operating hours and only with a valid entry chip that you may buy at the cash desk.
2. Children under 12 years of age may enter only under supervision of person over 18 years of age.
3. It is not allowed to go to Vital World (Spa) in swimsuits (it is only allowed in bathing sheets that each visitor receives upon the entry).
4. Entry to the complex is of single-use.
5. Entry to the Vital World (Spa) is only allowed once per visit and can take up to a maximum of  3 hours. When the visit is interrupted by any reason the visitor cannot enter the Vital World once more. Entry to Vital World is forbidden for children under 14 years!
6. At certain hour the premisses can be reserved for schools, social or sports organizations. During this time public is not allowed to use reserved area. When the full capacity of the resort is reached the operator must not allow any other visitors to enter.
7. Visitors are not allowed to enter the Thermal Park 60 minutes before closing hours of business.


II. EXCLUSION FROM A VISIT TO THE THERMAL PARK
1. Anybody who would be afflicted by any disease at the time of a visit and who would endanger the health of other visitors are strictly not allowed to enter the Thermal Park. This Park is not suitable for people afflicted by fever, coughing, conjunctivitis, contagious or abhorrence raising diseases, carriers of infection of intestinal or other diseases, family members of people afflicted by an contagious, infectious disease who are isolated from their families, people suffering from diseases accompanied by discharge, people with skin parasites, rashes and dressing on their bodies as well as people who are dirty, dressed in dirty clothes and infested with insects.
2. The entry is also not allowed to people who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
3. An entry can be denied to any person whose visit could evidently disturb the order, safety and cleanliness of the premises and their behavior contradicts the morale and social principles.
4. Any visitor, who ignores the warnings, breaks the rules of this regulation or does not follow the instructions of the responsible personnel, can be asked to leave the premises without reimbursing his or her entry fee.
5. In an extreme case according to the nature of the offence the administrator of the premises can ask a member of the safety service or the responsible security officers to take appropriate measures.
6. No animals are allowed to enter the Thermal Park.
7. Management of Thermal Park has a right to refuse entrance to ineligible people.


III. OPERATING RULES FOR VISITORS
1. Before entering the pool, all visitors are required to take a shower with soap, use our toilet facilities, and walk through the water crossings!!!
2. Due to safety reasons, it is not allowed to carry hygienic preparations in a glass cases.
3. Visitors can dress or undress only in a changing rooms.
4. Thermal Park does not take any responsibility for excessive wear of swimsuits, which might get damaged due to a frequent use of tubes and slides.
5. It is recommended not to take any valuable things or large amounts of money to the Thermal Park. In case that you do, Thermal Park offers safe-deposit boxes for your use in the entry building in front of the changing rooms.
6. Non-swimmers can only use spaces reserved for them.
7. Children pool can only be used by children up to 100 cm in height. Adults may not enter the children pool unless they supervise children up to 100 cm in height.
8. Visitors are obliged to handle the equipment with care and use water sparingly.
9. Every visitor is obliged to pay for any losses or damage made to the Thermal Park equipment or to the property of other people caused by him or her.
10. All visitors are obliged to obtain a maximum cleanliness and look after their own safety. They are not to disturb other visitors by their behaviour and their actions while visiting the Thermal Park. They must not produce any excessive noise or run on wet surfaces.
11. Thermal Park does not take any responsibility for any injuries caused to any visitor while visiting due to the carelessness or by breaking the visitor rules.
12. All the tubes, slides and attractions to which visitors have access, are used at their own risk.
13. Every visitor must follow the instructions as well as any other notices and warnings that are placed within the Thermal Park for riding tubes and slides.
14. Any site instructions, notices and warnings are superior to general regulations.
15. Thermal Park requires from visitors to be more careful while using any water slide or an attraction. It is not allowed to push each other or other visitors into the water or jump into the water.
16. Visitors are obliged to leave the pools 30 minutes before closing hours of the Thermal Park.
17. The operator takes no responsibility for any items lost in the premises or attractions.
18. Visitors are obliged to observe instructions of lifeguards and responsible personnel of the Thermal Park.
19. In case of inappropriate weather, such as storms or strong wind, all visitors are required to leave the swimming, slide and tube facilities due to safety reasons.
20. No rain or weather refunds. Operating dates, hours and prices are subject to change.


IV. WITHIN THE PREMISSES IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO
1. Shout, whistle, run (injury may occur in case of a slip), push each other and other visitors into the water.
2. Bathe in inappropriate wear such as underwear. It is forbidden to wear swimsuits which are not tight enough (beach swimsuits, American swimsuits) and children of all ages are allowed to enter the pools in their swimsuits only.
3. Jump into pools from sides, beyond spaces designed for jumping, run along and jump from paths as well as from other dangerous places.
4. Call for help without any reason.
5. Enter restricted spaces designed for public such as changing rooms and showers of the opposite sex, places provided with notices forbidding entry due to the safety or operational reasons.
6. Spit on the floor and into the water, urinate into the pools, throw away waste and litter within the premises.
7. Smoke within the spaces of the entry building, pools and Vital world (Spa).
8. Bring sharp objects or glass that can break and cause injuries.
9. Enter the pools with a chewing gum.
10. Use saving devices and first aid objects and kit without an authorization.
11. Bring fins and tennis balls (inflatable short sleeves, swimming belt and swimming goggles are allowed only).
12. Remove equipment and installed furniture deliberately.
13. Wash any kind of a wear and use soap beyond reserved spaces.
14. Require such services from the personnel that are not in accord with these rules, destroy equipment of the premises and waste water.
15. Food consumption in the pool premises, spa/vital world, relax centre, changing rooms and link corridors. In case of the rule violation, the management has the right to expel the guest without the ticket refund.
16. To bring and keep guns.
