Accommodation Rules

1. The hotel can provide accommodation only to the guest who is registered. For this purpose the guest will right on his arrival show the receptionist of the hotel his identification card, passport or any other valid document to prove his identity. It is possible to accommodate also the guest whose residence is in the area of the hotel. The guest will be immediately provided by an accommodation card with the name of the hotel, guest´s name, number of the room, map of the area, note about leaving the room, length of stay and time when to leave the room on the last day of the stay.

The hotel enables the registered guests to use the services in the range which is given by certain trade norm in the determined category and class.

3. The guest is obliged to show the valid accommodation card of the hotel at each arrival to it.

4. On the special occasions the guest may be offered another accommodation than reserved if it does not substantially differ from the confirmed order.

5. According to the booked accommodation the hotel is responsible to accommodate the guest at 11 am first and at 6 p.m. at the latest. The room is booked for the guest till this time on condition that the advance payment was paid up to 50°/° from the price of the room, or if the order does not include any other rules.

6. If the guest asks for the room before 11 am and it was not rented in the previous night, he will pay for the accommodation in the previous night as well.

7. If the guest would like to prolong his stay, the hotel can offer him also another room than that one where he was originally accommodated.

8. There are some social rooms to welcome the visitors. The guest can invite visitors only with the agreement of the Accommodation Officer after putting down the name to the book of visits from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. It is forbidden to invite visitors without accommodation cards to the rooms.

9. In the case of illness or injury the hotel will arrange the medical treatment or transport to the hospital.

10. The guest can use the room in the time which was agreed with the hotel. The guest has the right to use the booked accommodation till 11:00 a.m. of the last day of his stay. If the time of accommodation was not arranged in advance, the guest would leave the room till 11:00 a.m. on the last day. If the guest does not do this, the hotel can ask him to pay for the following day of his stay as well.

11. No furniture may be removed; no electrical changes or alternations may be made to wiring installations in the rooms or communal areas without the approval of the hotel management.

12. In the hotel and especially in the rooms the guests are not permitted to use their own electrical appliances except for those ones used for personal purposes (shaving, massage, etc).

13. Before the departure the guest must close the water taps, switch off the light in the rooms and close the roof windows (if there are some). On departure day the guest have to uncode the safe and leave it open.

14. To ensure the safety, the guests should not leave the children under 12 in the rooms and other communal areas of the hotel without adult control.

15. The guests are not allowed to take the hotel towels out of the rooms to the swimming pools. Only the color (not white) towel can be taken to the pools area.  In the case of damage or loss they will have to pay the fee according to the valid price list. Towels for use by the pools are available at reception for free.

16. The guests are not permitted to bring sport and other equipment to the rooms, there is a special place to store them.

17. No dogs and other animals shall be kept in the rooms.

18. Excessive noise is prohibited between the hours of 8.00 p.m. and 6.00 a.m.

19. The hotel is not responsible for the valuable things (like computers and audiovisual technology) and money of the guests brought to the area of the Thermal Park and hotel rooms.

20. The keeper is not responsible for the damages on the guest´s property or property of the hotel which was taken out of the hotel room by the guest.

21. The guest is responsible for all the damages caused by his carelessness on the property of the hotel according to the valid law regulations.

22. The accommodation and services must be paid according to the valid price list. The guest has to pay for the accommodation services on his arrival. In the case of the long stay the guest will pay once a week for provided services.

23. The price list for temporary accommodation and other services is for the disposal of the guests at the reception of the hotel. It is a supplement to these accommodation rules.

24. All complaints or suggestions how to improve the operation of the hotel are accepted at the Manager of the Thermal Park Bešeňová or any other responsible person.

25. The guest has to keep the provisions of the Accommodation Rules. In the case of breaking them the management of the hotel has the right to cancel the accommodation contract before the agreed time.
